This product was a disappointment - mainly because the specification given on the Amazon website isn't really comprehensive or accurate enough. They are described as extending to 500mm on the site, in reality they only extend to 420mm. They're also described as being capable of holding a 70kg microwave - that may be true at minimum extension, but at full extension the brackets are distorting with only 23kg on them. We have a large Sharp microwave, which is about 550mm square, but it isn't very heavy (specification says 23kg), so I would have thought it would be possible to mount it on these brackets - in reality the brackets distort, and the whole things wobbles. I've now modified the brackets with some additional steel bars, and the result is fine - but it would have been nice to have known a bit more about the brackets before we went ahead and bought them.

The product arrived v quickly and correspondence was efficient. When opening package one bracket had been bent slightly, but this was rectified by pulling out with pliers. However, when assembling the item, the bolt & nuts wouldn't fit, as there was no thread on the nuts! This was rectified by using our own. Now it's up it is OK, but considering it is supposed to by a heavy duty item, and is more expensive than others on the market I was disappointed in the overall quality.

Ideal brackets for heavy microwaves and other items. They are adjustable and easy to fit and the delivery was quick too.
