Although I'm in the UK and the seller in Germany my contact with him/her was excellent. My questions were answered promptly, courteously, intelligently and fully. An example of customer service/care that many UK sellers would do well to heed and copy.The item is as described. Does everything I ask of it. The only mild surprise for me was that the maximum convection temperature is 200C as opposed to 240C on my previous oven. Nevertheless, I've never needed more than 200C.My recommendation to other buyers is to not be over-concerned when buying from outside the UK. If the UK sellers don't offer what you want then try somewhere else.This seller is highly recommended.

The microwave is 850w don't be mislead by the 1200w in the headline description. My microwave arrived with a European plug which is pretty naff for an item being sold to a UK household . Once I'd bought a plug adapter the microwave works OK and it's fine for the money.
