Incomplete information regarding item

It turns out that there are 2 versions of the Kenwood BM250 bread maker, but as an owner of just one, you would not know this. However, as a company selling "genuine" replacement parts, you should know this. Moondocom-Com offers, through the Amazon site, a replacement kneading paddle, with no indication that it only fits one of the BM250 machines. Having submitted a message regarding this, the response from the seller was dismissive, saying the item sent is what is pictured -- this may be true, but this is unresponsive to the problem, and unprofessional. I am surprised and dismayed that Amazon allows this through their website. My trust in Amazon's offerings is greatly diminished.
