This is a great little pan for making mini doughnuts in the oven -- much lower in fat than fried doughnuts and unlike the ones from the bakery or supermarket you can choose exactly what goes in them so they might end up (sort of) healthy! It takes a bit of time to put the batter into the pan because you have to spoon it around the various compartments avoiding the bit that sticks up in the middle, but this isn't a flaw in the design -- I don't think there's anyway around it! I found the pan washed up really well.

Be aware and read details carefully as title heading of product does not let you know that the tray is actually for MINI doughnut, hopefully supplier will amend so not to mislead. Although had a little moan with title the tray is ideal.

I was absolutely delighted with the Judge Doughnut tin. The recipe attached to the tin made 24 delicious mini doughnuts. They freeze well too! Weight Watchers have a similar recipe with each mini doughnut having a pro point of 2!
