First time I tried it I squished it too firmly and some of the mix got stuck as other reviewers have mentioned! It needs a fairly light touch. I use it for veggie burgers and it works a treat. I'd say it's perfectly sized & it cleans well in the dishwasher. All in all it's a brilliant wee gadget. It arrived VERY promptly and is a great price. Happy to recommend it and the company :)

Really pleased, made a whole batch of burgers to freeze. I have since cooked some, there were easy to separate whilst frozen. Some of the wax disks had gone into the meat and frozen in a crease which was at times fiddly to remove but that's more my error. I will make sure the paper is smooth before freezing.Bargain purchase! Whole thing came apart for cleaning.
