I never write reviews...mostly because the products I receive are just what I expect them to be, but this was so much better than I expected. My brownies usually have that guey gloop in the middle that can only be eaten out of the tin with a spoon. I've tried countless recipies and cooking temps and times but with this tin, I followed the recipe and instructions exactly and the brownies have come out perfect every time.I used spray on fry light stuff (butter flavour spray oil) I got in tesco and there was absolutely no sticking.This completely eliminated any wastage of mixutre, which, if you like brownies like me and my family do, is a massive bonus!I am a bit of a skin flint so this was a bit of an extravagance for me as far as bake wear goes, but I'm really glad I got it and think it's worth every penny.I haven't tried baking anything but brownies with it yet, but I'm pretty confident it'll turn out well when I do :-)
