I ordered this blade for my breadmaker as a replacement. It was faulty and continuously flopped over and thus, would not kneed the bread. I made the mistake of ordering from Spares.com and when I contacted them got no resolve. First, they accused me of not being careful enough about which model I had shopped for. I was very careful. After numerous email exchanges, including a telephone call where I engaged with a horribly rude customer service person who actually hung up on me, I printed out a refund form, mailed it along with the faulty kneeding blade back to the company.After some time, I heard nothing and contacted them again. They then insisted that I mailed back an empty envelope. This is ridiculous. I had ordered from them before it and it was fine, but this experience had put me off. That is, unless you are willing to take the risk that this product will not be faulty, I would choose a different seller who can manage their customers with care and replace broken or wrong products. It seemed logical to me that a drop down kneading blade would work in a non MR machine as long as the direction of movement and the blade hole were consistent. I was happy to waste £7.00 if it didn't work and, to my great surprise, it did work. The blade didn't drop down fully but I've only tried it on one loaf and a Kenwood machine and the hole in the bottom of the loaf was smaller with the loaf coming out cleanly leaving the blade behind.

Bought to replace one that was lost and it works perfectly and is dishwasher safe.I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who needs to replace theirs.
