Excellent product for the money,good to look at,no eu plug came with this as promised, however it is only a couple of pounds to buy one, the mixer was delivered in seven day's, dose not move around when in use,the paddle, whisk, and doe hook, are not of the best quality but for the price it is an all round excellent buy,the reason i needed this mixer is i have arthritis in my hands,this mixer has proved to be so simple and straightforward,easy to use and clean,bowl and whisk etc.go on without a problem,no struggling,i would recommend this as very good value for money
